Pheasant is a newer local portland indie rock band that needed a logo to represent itself consistantly and build a bit of brand awareness around their band. they wanted something strong and simple because of their limited printing budget. it needed to be very cheap, black and white, and easy to reproduce on all types of merchandise.

Full Package Solutions is a sales person training company that specializes in training for large ticket (ie. car) sales. the focus of their business and training is making a connection with the client to earn their trust and move them through the sales process. i used this as the inspiration for their logo.

GCS Contractor Services is a contractor consulting business that provides engineering firms with expert project management, and valuable real world experience. GCS wanted a logo that stood out from the crowd of light blue and green logos that permiate todays construction industry. GCS has deep ties to Oregon State University, and offers real world hands on consulting so i incorporated both of those facts into the concept of this logo.

Tantara is a fictional upper mid-level speaker manufacturing company that sells mid range loudspeakers for live music applications. i wanted to make something that was bold and loud, but also felt intelligent and well tuned like a good PA speaker. the use of negative / positive reversal worked well to create a bold and engaging logo design.
